We will NOT be calling patients to inform them of cancellations or changes to telemedicine outside of business hours. Please familiarize yourself with this policy so you do not make a trip to the office when it is unnecessary.
If you have an appointment for a Procedures, Physical Therapy, Ketamine:
- If the school district has a late start delay:
-All Procedures, Physical Therapy, and Ketamine appointments before 10:15 am will be cancelled. We may be able to accommodate your appointment between 12-1 on the same day. Please call during normal business hours to inquire.
- If the school district cancels:
– All Procedures, Physical Therapy, and Ketamine will be cancelled. We will call you during normal business hours to reschedule.
For Office Visits (Initial Visit, Follow Up, Patient Education, etc):
- If the school district has a late start delay:
-All appointments before 9:45am will be telemedicine. Please follow the link below 10 minutes before your appointment time to login for your video appointment. If you are unable to complete your appointment online and would prefer to reschedule for an In Office appointment at a later date, please call the office during normal business hours.
-All appts between 9:45 and 10:15 will be rescheduled. This is to allow our staff time to arrive to the office.
-All appointments from 10:15 on will be completed as originally scheduled.
- If the school district cancels:
–All appointments for the day are changed to telemed. Please follow the link below 10 minutes before your appointment time to login for your video appointment. If you are unable to complete your appointment online and would prefer to reschedule for an In Office appointment at a later date, please call the office during normal business hours.
